KahaniKaamyaKi provides artificial intelligence-powered interactive storytelling characters, dialogue simulations, and creative entertainment narratives. All personas, characters, text dialogues, voice notes, photos, and multimedia representations are completely synthetic, fictional, and generated through machine learning software.

Characters do not possess human consciousness, actual feelings, physical bodies, or real-world existence. All interactions are intended solely for personal entertainment, interactive fiction, and creative storytelling.

3. No Medical, Mental Health, or Professional Advice

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to generate, solicit, or share Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM/CSAE) — strictly zero-tolerance, followed by instant account ban and immediate referral to law enforcement.
• Attempting to prompt-inject, jailbreak, extract internal system instructions, or reverse-engineer underlying proprietary models.
• Harassment, non-consensual exploitation, or impersonation of real non-consenting individuals.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or exploits to deplete platform compute resources or bypass payment gateways.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Access

Access beyond initial trial allotments requires active subscriptions or token packages processed through authorized payment aggregators (Cashfree Payments). Subscriptions renew periodically according to your chosen plan schedule unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the community or service operations.
