- Profile Information: Your email address and display name retrieved with your consent from Google Sign-In or guest session identifier.
- Chat Messages & Story Context: The text messages, prompts, and story choices you make with AI narrators, retained to deliver continuous storytelling context and personalized narrative progress.
- Transaction Identifiers: Payment session IDs, order IDs, token ledger credits, and subscription status returned by our payment aggregator (Cashfree). We NEVER store bank credentials, debit/credit card numbers, or UPI PINs.
- Device & Notification Data: Web Push notification endpoints (only if explicitly allowed by you) and browser user-agent for authentication session security.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is utilized strictly to:
- Generate relevant, creative storytelling responses tailored to your chosen story paths and preferences.
- Authenticate your login, manage token balances, and handle subscription renewals.
- Deliver push notifications when new story chapters or audio episodes are available.
- Prevent unauthorized abuse, fraud, and payment exploits.
3. Security & Non-Disclosure
All data transmitted between your device and KahaniKaamyaKi is protected using modern HTTPS/TLS (256-bit encryption). We do not monetize personal data through third-party data broker sales. Access is restricted exclusively to essential platform infrastructure (Cloudflare, Google Identity, and Cashfree).
4. User Control & Data Deletion
You may reset your active chat conversation at any time by selecting "Start New Chat" in the app menu. To request permanent account deletion and erasure of all associated data, simply send a request from your registered email address to info@kahanikaamyaki.site.
